Jack R. Hlustik
Jack R. Hlustik's undergraduate major was finance and accounting, and he received his LL.B.
degree in 1964 from Vanderbilt School of Law, where he was an Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
He has served on the tax, probate, and corporate law committees of the Chicago and American Bar
Jack has advised clients with respect to: contracts; the sale and purchase of businesses;
shareholder disputes; marital settlements; tax exempt bond financing; medical device registration
with the FDA; probate and administration of estates including family dispute resolution; income tax
planning and tax preparation; complex estate tax planning; Illinois sales tax audits and
controversies; the establishment and taxation of private foundations; and Internal Revenue Service
audits and tax controversies.
